Petcown as we know it is a crytocurrency while PayPal is an online payment. There is nothing in common between Bitcoin and PayPal, and they work differently and have no connection. KFH as a company did not provide any channel to withdraw Betcuain to PayPal and PayPal does not accept Betcuain also.
